City-operated curbside collection uses dual-compartment, one-person compaction vehicles to collect source-separated Wet and Dry waste. Wet-Dry Recycling provides in-channel composting, material recovery facility, and HHW depot. Product sales exceeded $3.000.000 (2000). City-run landfill accepts waste at $55/tonne. Partnership with SUBBOR demonstrates anaerobic digestion technology.
