By combining several proven technologies, our company has developed a highly efficient processing plant that will handle most remedial oil sludge treatment applications. The fully self-contained plant has lowest operating costs, continuous process and is available in a range of capacities – 12.000 MT/year, 25.000 MT/year and 54.000 MT/year The recovered oil (fuel oil) can be returned directly to the storage tanks. Treated solids (solid petroleum coke) can be used for as a fuel, or sold for road construction purposes. Surplus water can be safely discharged to the environment or used as general-purpose process water at the facility. The system is ideally suited for treating refinery tank bottoms and API separator residues, oil spills hydrocarbons recovery, waste motor oil, and well work-over sites, crude oil storage tanks and for use as process equipment. We are prepared to accept up to 50% of equity with suitable partner, but we are open for any suggestion.
