blast in pyrolysis plant

hii.

i'm about to set up a pyrolysis plant in india. with capacity of 10mT.
working at temp 400c.

it recently came to my knowledge that such plants tend to blast causing both financial and human loss.

can you tell me about any such occurrences or possibility such occurrence.
