UPL 4 Way Runners (sized)

UPL 4 Way Runners (sized) shall consist of Used Pallet Lumber (UPL) recovered from pallet dismantling operations. Must contain uniform sorted sizes of reusable good notch runners (standard notch length and spacing) with no protruding nails or staples.
All grades of UPL should be palletized and securely banded and clearly labeled in lifts of under 4 feet in height.
